The Office of Information Technology’s main server room is located on the ground floor of Canavan Hall and was renovated in May/June 2014.
Canavan Server Room – Renovation started in May 2014 including Cooling / Ventilation, Removing windows, an electrical panel upgrade, physical security improvements, cable management, new flooring, fire suppression, soundproof walls, and ceiling removal. Upgrades included a new Liebert Thermal Management AC unit that has the capacity to cool the entire room. From the previous renovation in 2014 two Mitsubishi Electric AC units still remain in the server room to act as a backup in case the Liebert ever fails.
The Office of Information Technology maintains primary user accounts for the college in Active Directory (AD) servers.
